Examples include bearing assemblies, dynamically loaded valves, and heavy equipment. din and disc springs are available in 17-7 PH stainless steel, 301 stainless steel, inconel, and finished carbon steel in metric sizes from 2.5 mm to 125 mm.
Flange washers maintain sufficient bolt tension and resulting gasket stress in high temperature and pressure applications without retightening after installation. Examples include flange/cap gaskets for dynamic loading, heat exchangers, actuators, and cryogenic applications. Choose from a wide range of high performance materials and a range of IDs, ODs, heights and thicknesses.
Imperial washers generate high loads in tight spaces and prevent loss of bolt tension due to differential thermal expansion. We offer imperial sized conical disc springs from 7/64" to 2 ½" ID and 1/4" to 5.50" OD.
Metric washers feature the same design and high performance material options as fractional conical disc springs, but in metric sizes. Our metric conical spring washers are available in disc, flange and DIN/disc spring options in metric sizes ranging from 4 mm to 125 mm, depending on the style selected.
